Refund Policy

If your order was unsatisfactory, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within two business days after the delivery date. Please submit photo of the product(s) & your claims thru email at orders@redflowersngifts.com including your contact information. we will conduct proper investigation regarding you complaints. once it is proven we will issue a full refund within 7 business days. customer or receiver should coordinate us to arrange delivery for the return of the item(s) immediately upon receipt. you can contact us for the address.

Forfeited Order

To arrange successful delivery, we need to contact the Recipient and if we cannot contact him/her and they does not comply through call and SMS and within 2 hrs. waiting in the delivery Address.  we have the right to Forfeit the order (Perishable Products). Please note that these are Perishable items (flowers, cake) and has a specific life span. to be able replace this, a new order with the same item should be placed again. Please make sure she or he has active Mobile to avoid failed delivery.

Exemptions: Chocolates and bear or non perishable products and will still be delivered but subject to additional delivery fee.

Perishable Products: Cake, Flowers these are non refundable and subject to new order and new Fee.
