SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERY TO METRO MANILA & NEARBY PROVINCES

We deliver 7 days a week to Metro Manila and nearby provinces, including Antipolo, Cainta, and Cavite.

  • Metro Manila: Same-day delivery available.
  • Same-Day Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Philippine Time).
  • Provincial Locations: No Sunday deliveries.

Important: Money Bouquet Policy

To ensure security and successful processing, please adhere to the following:

  • Advance Notice: Please place orders at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
  • Mandatory Coordination: For bouquets featuring a large amount of cash (above ₱10,000), you must coordinate with us first before placing the order.
  • Payment Method: We strictly accept Bank Transfer only for money bouquets.
  • Note: Payments via Visa/Mastercard require a 7-day clearing period. If using a card, orders must be placed 8 days in advance.
  • Delivery Restrictions: Same-day delivery is not available for money bouquets in provincial areas. In Metro Manila, same-day delivery is only available for small cash amounts.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery Times

While we strive for punctuality, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as they depend on our courier's daily schedule. If morning or afternoon slots are available, you will be notified after delivery.

Late & Failed Deliveries

  • Our Fault: If we fail to deliver on the selected date due to internal issues, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Outside Our Control: No refunds are issued if the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable.
  • Recipient Unavailable: Our rider will wait for a maximum of 2 hours. If the recipient cannot be reached via call/SMS, the order (if perishable) will be forfeited. To reschedule, a new order must be placed.

Incorrect Information

You may adjust delivery details up to two business days before the scheduled date. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Specific Location Guidelines

  • Hospitals/Hotels/Offices: Delivery is not 100% guaranteed but usually successful. Please provide the company name, ward, and room number.
  • ICU Units: Most ICUs do not allow flower deliveries. Please check hospital policies before ordering.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: Allowed if requested at least 7 business days before the delivery date.
  • No Refund: No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 business days before delivery.
  • Perishables: Flowers and cakes are non-refundable.
  • Fraud Prevention: For suspicious or high-value transactions, we require valid ID from the buyer or recipient. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of credit/debit cards on our site.
